1. Our weekly session slots are reserved for enrolled students.
2. Lessons are scheduled to take place on a weekly basis, and it is expected that students attend all scheduled lessons. (Not applicable for Holiday Programme)
3. Monthly fees account for 4 lessons and must be paid in advance of the first subsequent lesson. An invoice will be sent out when the 4th lesson is completed. (Not applicable for Holiday Programme)
4. If a student is unable to attend a lesson, we require 48 hours' advance notice to be eligible for a makeup lesson.
5. Please note that lesson cancellations are not subject to refund or credit, as we are reserving the time and space for the enrolled student and have limited availability for other students. Holiday seasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Slots are reserved for enrolled students, and if a student is away for more than three weeks and no advance payment has been made, their slot will be released. Please contact us to reserve the slot while away.
7. Absences due to sickness or other unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be treated as special occasions. Please contact us as soon as possible if your child is unable to attend a lesson due to illness or other emergency.
8. SL Drum School is closed on all public holidays.
